结合实验
1. 用Microlon 600 96-well plates (VWR, Radnor, PA，应该就是高结合力的ELISA板) 包被抗体4G2或者2H2，4℃过夜。
2. TBS (加入 0.2% 吐温) 洗去未结合的抗体。
3. 37℃，封闭液TBS （加入0.05%吐温) 封闭1个小时。
4. 封闭液稀释病毒，浓度大概为 at a concentration sufficient to result in approximately equal reactivity with a human cross-reactive control serum （？）
5. 病毒液加入96孔板，37℃，结合1个小时。
6. 清洗板子，加AP-标记的山羊抗人IgG抗体，37℃，作用1个小时。
7. 清洗板子，加底物SigmaFast p-nitrophenyl phosphate tablets (Sigma, St.Louis, MO)。
8. 405nm处读数。
